Bravo signs MOU with gold mine company in Ghana

A Colorado based company, Bravo Resource Partners has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with an unnamed mining company in Ghana, a press release from the company has said Thursday December 11, 2008.

The release simply identified the mining company in Ghana as a significant property in Ghana with vast gold reserve. It also said, the conclusions were reached after initial due diligence was done.

According to the release, a copy of which ghanabusinessnewstoday.com has accessed the announcement was to update the company’s shareholders on its corporate activities.

The company also announced the appointment of Mr. Jeffery Cox as President and CEO of Bravo Resource Partners.

Bravo promised to keep its shareholders updated as to “the closure of the agreement and the resulting forward action on mining activities,” the release said.
