Regency Alliance launches insurance software

Regency Alliance Insurance Ltd., Ghana, an affiliate of Regency Insurance Plc, Nigeria, has launched its insurance software called the “Inspack” that integrates the company’s insurance packages to its customers and also offers integrated products.

The product was launched during the first Board meeting of the company in Accra, December 5, 2008.

The product was launched by the Board Chairman of the Ghana office, Dr. Mohammed ibn Chambas, who is also the President of the ECOWAS Commission.

Inspack offers quality and timely service and enables brokers as well as the company to offer real time products and services.

The company hopes to leverage its expertise in information technology to deliver superior services.

At the end of the Board meeting, the management was given the mandate to devise strategies that would ensure the opening up of more branches in Tema, Ashanti and Western regions.

The Board also gave management the mandate to also open up more non-traditional outlets with the aim of offering customers convenience and prompt service delivery.
