Olam Singapore to buy Nigeria wheat miller for $107.6m
Olam Singapore says it has agreed to buy Crown Flour Mills of Nigeria for $107.6 million, according to a Reuters report.
The purchase agreement will give Olam 99.5% of the Nigerian wheat miller, which is one of the three largest wheat millers in West Africa’s most populous nation.
Olam is a global leader in the supply chain management of agricultural products and food ingredients, information on the company’s website says.

I hope the Singaporean government will have a better view of Nigeria. Instead of bad attitudes they usually profess about Nigerians in Singapore.
