Mr Michael Kobla Adzaho, Adaklu Anyigbe District Chief Executive has inaugurated a GH¢43,037 three-unit classroom block fitted with ceiling fans for Adaklu Senior High School at Adaklu Waya.

The project initiated by Adaklu University Students Union was adopted by the District Assembly.

Mr Adzaho, said government had awarded a contract for the construction of a 12-unit classroom block, a dormitory and a two-bedroom semi detached bungalow for Adaklu Senior High School (SHS) and a dining hall for Agortime SHS at Adaklu-Waya and Kpetoe under the Ghana Education Trust Fund.

Mr Adzaho warned those recalcitrant parents that they risked being prosecuted for flouting the law.

Mr Adzaho said a number of roads in the district including the Ho-Dzakpo, Abuadi-Torda, Akuete-Ablornu roads would be upgraded to open up the area.

Mr George Guri, District Director of Education who received the keys to the building on behalf of the school said the facility was timely and would be used to enhance teaching and learning.
