Ghana stocks fall for third straight session
The GSE All-Share Index, the benchmark performance measure of the Ghana Stock Exchange, dipped on Wednesday by 37.72 points to close at 7,078.57 points from 7,116.29 points during the previous session.
The slip brings the year to date gain to 27.03 points.
There were four price changes during the session – two up and two down.
Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) fell by GH¢0.25 at GH¢2.36 and Aluworks shed GH¢0.02 at GH¢0.12.
Gainers are Fan Milk Limited (FML), which was up GH¢0.30 to close at GH¢2.32 and SG-SSB Limited, which gained GH¢0.01 to close at GH¢0.56.
A total of 518,439 shares were traded worth GH¢560,292.17.
Market Capitalisation closed the session marginally lower at GH¢20,057.81 from GH¢20,086.95 million on Tuesday.
