Customers of Ghana Commercial Bank express worry over poor services
Some customers of the Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) have expressed worry over delays in transacting business with the bank at some of its branches in the country.
The concerns were expressed by some customers of the Nkawkaw branch of the GCB during an interview with the Ghana News Agency. They pleaded anonymity.
They said more often than not they had to spend long hours before withdrawing, depositing or transferring money at the bank’s branches in Nkawkaw, Mpraeso and Koforidua, especially during the re-opening of second cycle schools.
They said they had to compete with students who came for payment orders to settle their fees and urged the management of the bank to device appropriate measures to serve their customers on time.
