I would definitely take the Ghana job in future – Marcel Desailly

Marcel Desailly has hinted his desire to coach the senior national team the Black Stars in the future.

According to the Ghanaian-born former Chelsea defender he is still finishing some coaching courses and that in the future he will secure the Black Stars coaching job.

“In the future I would definitely take the Ghana job”, Desailly told Eurosport during a Champions League trophy tour which allows fans around the world to get close to Europe’s premier club competition trophy.

The former AC Milan player was widely tipped to take the Black Stars job after the World Cup campaign in South Africa but that did not materialise.

“In the end I could not take it as I had other commitments and offers. I was available at the time and I will return to coaching but for the moment it could not happen”, Eurosport cited Desailly saying.
