The Ghana Tourist Board (GTB) is to roll out a comprehensive training programme, to help equip drinking bar operators with the requisite management skills.

The two-day meeting was held under the theme, “Strengthening the capacity building of drinking bar operators in tourism industry”, and was attended by 50 delegates from all over the country.

It is refreshing to see the importance of management training the focus of the industry. Many are overlooking the benefit of training as we are becoming so cost conscious. Management plays a vital role as the communication pipeline between industry directives and our employees. This focus will pay off for everyone involved.
