The prosecution said that on September 8, this year, the Narcotics Control Board received intelligence report that Stalin used his office to import drug suspected to be heroine from Pakistan into the country.
Based on the information, Stalin was picked up by the Police.
DSP Blagodzi told the court that during interrogation, Stalin said since last year he had imported seven consignments of Arabic books into the country on behalf of a man called Ahmed, a friend in Tema for a cash reward ranging from GH¢150 and GH¢300.
