Ghana FA, Kwesi Appiah settle on Black Stars contract
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) says April 10, 2012 that it has reached an agreement with Kwesi Appiah over his terms of contract as the new Black Stars coach.
The agreement was settled after Kwesi Appiah negotiated his terms of contract with the FA’s Executive Committee on Tuesday in Accra.
“Following the meeting, the two sides reached a mutual agreement on Appiah’s terms of contract,” the FA said in a statement.
Appiah was named the substantive coach of the Black Stars on Monday. He will be unveiled at a press conference in Accra on April 17, according to the country’s football governing body.
