Police arrest man with multiple Voter ID cards and receipts in Ho

The Police in Ho on routine surveillance on Wednesday April 18, up one Wisdom Dawoe, at Shia, a border community in the Ho Municipal Area over the possession of multiple biometric voter identity cards and receipts.

He was said to have gone round villages in the vicinity of Shia collecting these cards with the explanation that they had errors which needed rectification.

A source close to the Police told the Ghana News Agency that 20 Voters ID Cards and 60 receipts were retrieved from Dawoe during interrogation, adding that he would be prosecuted.
