MD of Mechanical Lloyd appointed Director of Ecobank Ghana

Ecobank Ghana has announced the appointment of Mr. Terence Ronald Darko as a Director of the bank.

Mr Darko is the Managing Director of automobile firm Mechanical Lloyd and his appointment takes effect April 26, 2012, according to a statement issued by the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) June 1.

His appointment was ratified at the last Annual General Meeting of the bank held on April 27, 2012, the statement said.

Mr. Darko has been the Managing Director of Mechanical Lloyd Company Limited from January 1978 to date.

He is a Business Executive and holds BA Business Studies from the University of London.
