Church of Pentecost to hold first trade exhibition

The Executive Council of the Church of Pentecost, with the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council, would soon organise its first ever trade exhibition, in Accra.

“Accelerating Growth of Entrepreneurship and Industry for Sustainable Development” is the theme.

In a statement issued in Accra on Monday and copied to Ghana News Agency, it said the 10-day exhibition scheduled for August 31- September nine was expected to assemble small, medium, large, local and international businesses together.

“This is to create the enabling environment to bring to the limelight up and coming business-oriented people to socialise and network to boost the entrepreneurial confidence in businessmen and women across the country and beyond,” it said.

The statement said the exhibition would include seminars where experts would highlight some areas in the emerging oil and gas industry  while offering investment guiding principles and modalities for raising capital for all variety of businesses.

It said the leadership of the Church found it appropriate to organise the exhibition in line with its vision to seek not only spiritual, but economic and social growth of all and sundry.
