She said consequently, MMT has made available three new buses that would ply New Abirem through Kade to Accra, New Abirem through Nkawkaw to Accra and New Abirem through Afosu, Obogu to Accra.

The transport company has also extended its services to Kofi Kwei and its environs in the Ga West Municipality in the Greater Accra Region.
This was made possible by the initiative of Nii Pabie II of Pabieman and the Nkosuohene of Kofi Kwei, Mr William Vinyo with the support of the Member of Parliament for Domeabra-Obom, Mr Daoud Anum Yemoh.
Mr Yemoh appealed to the people to patronise the bus service in their numbers in order to build the confidence of the management of the MMT.

Nii Kwei assured the management of the company that he would provide accommodation to the drivers and the conductors in the community so as to make their operations efficient and effective.
Mr Gyimah Kofi, Accra Depot Manager of MMT said the company was eager to provide its services to all communities in order to lessen the burden of commuters and also facilitate the payment of low fares.
He announced that the bus would stay in Kofi Kwei every Sunday night and take off on Monday at 0500 hours to Accra, Opera Square and run at least three or four services a day.
