Jet fighter involved in Ghana accident

A jet fighter has been involved in an accident in Ghana today July 17, 2012, a police official has said.

The incident happened this afternoon in Adenta in the Ghanaian capital Accra, District Police Commander of the area told Joy FM’s mid-day news monitored by ghanabusinessnews.com.

Cause of the accident is not yet known as the Police official said they have invited experts to conduct investigations.

He also described the situation as “nothing serious”.

Early June this year a cargo airline crashed at the Kotoka International Airport, in Accra  and ten persons were killed.
