Former GBC Boss Eva Lokko named PPP running mate

Flagbearer of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom has named Ms Eva Lokko, a former Director-General of state-owned Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) as his running mate.

With a strong communication background, Ms Lokko was outdoored today September 12, 2012 at her home grounds in Osu, Accra.

“The PPP after a long search for someone with an incorruptible track record, shares in the view of the Progressive principle and believes that things should be done with a sense of urgency and put Ghana first, outdoored it’s running mate Ms Eva Lokko at her home grounds Osu, the Party wrote on its official Facebook page.

Ms Lokko, so far, is the only female running mate in the December 2012 general elections.
