African Business Travel Association names Creative Trends as Ghana representative

Creative Trends Limited (CTL) has been chosen as the country representative of African Business Travel Association (ABTA) in Ghana.

This partnership came into effect after ABTA and CTL signed a Memorandum of Understanding on August 9 to make CTL act as the primary point of contact for business travel professionals across all industry sectors who are members of ABTA.

The initiative also brings in its wake a series of training programmes, events, seminars, focus group meetings and related initiatives specifically created for the local business travel industry.

With this partnership, CTL joins renowned brands such as Amadeus, Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE), Cold Press Media, Legacy Hotels and Diners Club International who are collaborating with ABTA to raise the level in the travel industry in Ghana and Africa.

This was contained in statement issued to Ghana News Agency on Wednesday in Accra.

Mr Yaw Asamoah, CEO of CTL, expressed his company’s desire to help develop the business travel industry in Ghana.

Madam Monique Swart, Founder of ABTA, said “we are so delighted to have a partner with the high calibre of Creative Trends representing ABTA in Ghana.

CTL is a wholly owned Ghanaian company that has diverse portfolio in Advertising, Marketing, Event Management, Publishing and Tourism.

ABTA is the only Member-led Business Travel Association with a focus on Corporate Travel across the African Continent. ABTA provides Corporate Travel Management education by hosting region-specific industry events and facilitating information flow by utilizing various platforms in countries across Africa.
