Ghana Ministers directed to prepare handing over notes

Ghana’s Vice President Mr Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur, on Wednesday directed all ministers of state to begin preparing their handing over notes in compliance with provisions of the Presidential (Transition) Act of 2012, Act 845.

The Vice President, who is also the Chairman of the Transition Team, explained that the directive follows the inaugural meeting of the Transition Team in Accra on December 12, 2012.

A Government statement signed by Mr Fritz Baffuor, Minister of Information, to the Ghana News Agency, explained that a deadline for the submission of the notes will be announced after the next meeting of the team on Friday, December 14.
