Obama names MCC Boss to lead US Presidential delegation to Mahama’s inauguration

Chief Executive Officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), Mr Daniel W. Yohannes will lead a US Presidential delegation to attend the inauguration of Ghana’s President John Mahama on January 7, 2013.

This was announced by US President Barack Obama in a White House statement issued January 3, 2013.

Members of the delegation include Johnnie Carson, Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Department of State, Donald Teitelbaum, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Department of State and the US Ambassador to Ghana, Gene Cretz.
