President Mahama attends Obasanjo Foundation launch in London

President John Mahama on the night of Thursday February 7, 2013 left Accra to attend the launch of former Nigerian President, Olusegun Obasanjo’s Foundation in London, his office has said.

The President will join other colleague African heads of state from Nigeria, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Senegal to grace the occassion.

According to a statement signed by his Spokesperson, John Jinapor, the President will also take part in a panel discussion on Advancing Human Security for all as part of the launch.

Mr Mahama is also expected to hold an investment discussion with various European private sector players and analysts.

The statement noted that the President will return to Accra on Sunday February 10, 2013.
