Church builds GH¢500,000.00 manse for Presbytery Chairman

The Asante-Akim Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana has performed a ceremony for construction work to start on a GH¢500,000.00 manse at Konongo.

The project would provide decent housing for the Chairperson and is expected to be ready within 24 months.

It has facilities such as bedrooms, sitting room, offices and conference hall.

Former Moderator, Very Reverend Dr Frimpong-Manso, rallied the congregation to support the development of the church through the provision of structures.

He said there could be no doubt that the facility would significantly help to enhance the smooth running of the Presbytery.

An appeal for funds in aid of the manse yielded GH¢200,000.00.
