Kuagbenu hands-over as NSS Executive Director

Mr Vincent Senam Kuagbenu has formally handed-over as the Executive Secretary of the National Service Scheme (NSS).

Mr Kuagbenu handed over to Alhaji Imoro Alhassan who will be acting as the NSS Boss until a substantive Executive Secretary is appointed by the President.

The handing over ceremony took place at an emergency meeting at the headquarters of the Scheme today April 17, 2013, according a letter signed by the NSS Board Chairman, Mr. W. Nkunu Akyea.

“The meeting which was chaired by the Board Chairman, Mr. W. Nkunu Akyea supervised the formal handing over of the Scheme by the former Executive Director, Mr. Vincent Senam Kuagbenu to Alhaji Imoro Alhassan,” text of the letter said.

Mr Kuagbenu, a couple of days ago, was asked to proceed on leave, the Daily Graphic reported.
