Minister tells NDC activists to undertake communal labour

Mr. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, Minister for Energy and Petroleum, has appealed to  functionaries of the National Democratic Congress to be actively involved in communal labour towards  the development of their communities.

He advised them not to sit on the fence and expect only government officials to develop the country instead they should initiate self-help projects.

Mr.Buah, who is also Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellembelle, made the call at NDC zonal executives meeting at Nkroful in the Western Region.

He expressed worry that filth, garbage and weeds have engulfed most communities in the country.

Mr Buah, therefore, urged NDC members to mobilize the people for clean up exercises to prevent the outbreak of diseases.
