Photos: Fire outbreak at Old Fadama

Fire has gutted some parts of Old Fadama, a suburb of Accra.

The outbreak started yesterday October 24, 2013 around 12 noon but Fire Service personnel were able to put out the fire.

It is reported that hundreds of people have been rendered homeless due to the fire outbreak.

Old Fadama is a densely-populated area where most of the people are living in slums.  It is believed to be largest slum area in Ghana.
