President commends Afari-Gyan for supervising Ghana elections
The President, has commended the Chairman of the Electoral Commission (EC) for his dedicated service to the country.
President John Dramani Mahama expressed the country’s gratitude to Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan when he was delivering the State of the Nation Address in Parliament, February 26, 2015.
He praised the electoral commissioner for supervising the county’s elections in the last 23 years.
Dr. Afari-Gyan would retire from the EC in 2015 on reaching the compulsory retirement age of 70 years.
