Donald Kaberuka joins TPG/Satya
Dr. Donald Kaberuka joins TPG and Satya, the partnership between TPG Growth and Satya Capital, a press release issued today December 10, 2015 in San Francisco and London and copied to ghanabusinessnews.com says.
Dr. Kaberuka, the immediate past President of the African Development Bank (AfDB), joins the partnership as a Senior Advisor.
TPG Growth is the middle market and growth equity investment platform of TPG, a global private investment firm and Satya Capital is an independent investment firm focused on providing long-term growth capital to African businesses.
The two investment companies launched a partnership in June this year, the release says.
Dr. Kaberuka served two five-year terms as President of the AfDB. Elected in 2005, he handed over to his successor, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina on September 1, 2015.
