Coach Frimpong Manso to assist Gordwin Ablordey at Kotoko

The Management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has appointed coach, Stephen Frimpong Manso, to assist Godwin Ablordey to handle the technical affairs of the club for the remaining four matches of the first round of the 2016/17 Premier League season.

According to Mr. Obed Acheampong, the Communications Director of Asante Kotoko, the former defender of the club has been hired on temporary basis, as the club search for for a substantive Head Coach.

Meanwhile, Coach Frimpong Manso has told the GNA Sports, that he is yet to come into an agreement with the club. 

“Yes, there has been a communication between myself and Kumasi Asante Kotoko, we would have to finalize the deal today before I can continue to work with Gordwin Ablordey,” he said.

The porcupine warriors parted ways with Croatian tactician, Zdravko Logarusic, on Sunday after a series of disappointing performances.
