Ghana’s ruling party to launch manifesto October 4

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) will outdoor its manifesto for the December 2012 elections on Thursday, a statement from the John Mahama 2012 Campaign Office said on Thursday.

The statement signed by the Campaign Coordinator, Mr Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, said the launch would take place in the Volta Regional capital, Ho.

It said details of the launch programme would be announced later.
