Central Regional inaugurates National Unity Games Committee

A nine-member regional committee for the upcoming National Unity Game slated for Kumasi, has been inaugurated by the Central Regional Minister, Samuel Sarpong.

The committee which has Sarpong as chairman is tasked with selecting the best sports men and women capable of winning laurels for the region at the August 4-11 event.

The Minister said the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) will assist in raising funds and logistics to ensure better training for contingent to the competition.

The National Unity Games will see participation from all 10 regions.
