Egypt names strong squad to face Ghana

footballEgyptian coach, Bob Bradley has named a strong squad to face Ghana in the first leg of the World Cup play-off  in Kumasi on October 15.

The 25-man squad is a blend of experience and youth for the game billed for the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Bradley named Salah, Abou Treika, Hosni and Hossam Ghaly as among his experienced charges.

The Pharaohs set to arrive in Ghana later this week features Mohamed Nagy Gedo, Mahmoud Abdel Moneim, Abdullah Saeed, Ahmed Eid, Mohamed Salah, Wael Goma and Sayed Moawad.

The Black Stars will travel to Egypt for the second leg slated for the Cairo Military Stadium on November 19, to determine which of the sides over the two legs pick one of Africa’s slot for the global gathering in Brazil next year.
