Second Lady presents Christmas gifts to PLHIV/AIDS
Mrs Matilda Amissah-Arthur, the Second Lady, has presented assorted gifts to Persons Living with HIV/AIDS at the Matthew 25 House in Koforidua.
She also presented pieces of cloth and other items to the Catholic Sisters and Brothers who provide care to the Matthew 25 House inmates.
Mrs Amissah-Arthur made the presentation when the Matthew 25 House held an end-of-year party for the inmates.
She reminded them that Christmas was all about love, and that they should forgive all who had offended them and show love to them.
Monsignor Bobby Benson, founder of the Matthew 25 House, expressed gratitude to the Second Lady for her kind gesture.
He also thanked the Koforidua Area of the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Church for presenting food items and toiletries, among others, to the inmates as Christmas gifts.
