NMC announces appointment of board members

The National Media Commission (NMC) has, in consultation with the President, appointed Chairpersons and other members of governing bodies of public corporations managing the state-owned media.

A release signed by George Sarpong, Executive Secretary NMC, said the appointments were done in accordance with Article 168 of the 1992 Constitution, and Section Two (One) (e) of the National Media Commission Act, 1993 (Act 449).

Below is the list of Chairpersons and members of the various governing bodies:
