Autopsy report on British woman suspected to have been murdered in Ghana missing
The autopsy report on a British woman suspected to have been murdered in Ghana is missing, a section of the British media has reported.
The facts were known when the husband of Charmain Speirs, Pastor Eric Isaiah Adusah appeared in court in the UK somewhere in March.
According to one account, Detective Sergeant Divine Tormuh admitted to the court that the report could not be found at the morgue of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.
He added that the pathologist who prepared the document was now in Cuba on training, the report said.
Ms. Speirs was discovered face-down in a bath by hotel staff. It is believed she had been lying there for four days.
Initial reports say she died of heroin overdose.
