Vincent Bosso the second accused person in the case of the murdered former Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North, Joseph Boakye Danquah-Adu on Wednesday produced in court a GH¢ 20 note he allegedly stole in the morning while in police cells.

Police officers contend the GH¢ 20 went missing at the counter after the second accused and his accomplice Daniel Asiedu were being escorted to the Accra Central Magistrate Court.

At the court the police officers implored Bosso to produce the money but to no avail until he later rolled out a paper containing the note.

When Bosso, aka Junior Agogo, a phone accessories dealer, was questioned he told officers that the money was given to him by one of their colleagues.

The police confirmed that he indeed stole the money at the police station where he was being held as an abettor in the murder of the MP.

The police said, Bosso assisted Daniel Asiedu, the first accused to murder J.B Danquah Adu, in cold blood at his residence at Shiashie on February 9, this year.

Bosso is alleged to have assisted Asiedu to climb the deceased gate and entered his bedroom on the day of the incident.
