I would lead NPP to victory – Akufo-Addo
Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has expressed optimism about leading his party to victory in this year’s election.
This was when he addressed separate rallies in Jema, Kintampo and Gurumpe on the final leg of his five-day election campaign tour of the Brong-Ahafo Region.
He called on the people to ignore rumors that his health was failing, insisting that, he was mentally and physically strong.
He encouraged members and supporters of the party to remain focused and work with unity of purpose to achieve resounding victory.
They should show maturity and refuse to be provoked or distracted by the lies and insults of their political opponents.
Nana Akufo-Addo promised to put in place well-thought out policies to lift the people from poverty.
At Kintampo, Nana Kwaku Koranteng, the Kunsuhene, said the people had been hit hard by the prevailing economic conditions and urged a vote for change.
