Ghana Foundation for Sustainable Wealth Creation (GFSWC) will in March, launch Management 5.0 in Ghana and other countries across the globe, seeking to make society a better place for all.
Management 5.0 is a programme to enhance the performance and productivity of individuals, organisations, businesses and governments.

“Management 5.0 is inspiring people to think into the future of business so as to create prosperity for themselves, organisations and the society.
“It is the ultimate management, leadership and entrepreneurial training for everybody, as well as the ultimate tool for governments to sustainable achieve the 17 UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),” the document said.
Management 5.0 will handle topics such as how to avoid waste, ignorance and greed, how to sustainably enhance performance and productivity, how to achieve individual organisational, national and global prosperity, and how to make society a better place for all.
The document said a 15-year study of performances and challenges confronting 194 countries show that “Poverty, unemployment, corruption, conflict, crime violence, debt, sickness and climate change are everywhere”.
“The performance of each country depends on how well the country avoids waste, ignorance and greed in everything they do.
“The level of poverty, unemployment, corruption, conflict, crime, violence, debt, sickness and climate chance in each country depends on the performance of the country and therefore on the level of waste, ignorance and greed in the country.”
