GFA declares Atingah a free agent
Accra Hearts of Oak defender, Vincent Atingah has been declared a free agent by the Player Status Committee of the Ghana Football Association(GFA) on Thursday, November 23.
This follows a request by the player to the Player Status Committee of the GFA, to declare him a free agent after his contract with the Phobians ended in October.
His request was however granted by the committee, which means the player can negotiate for transfer to any club of his choice.
Hearts of Oak by this declaration would not benefit from the transfer player to any club.
Atingah, was the clubs best defender in the just ended season and scored six goals for Hearts in the league.
Information gathered by GNA Sports indicates that, the player may be heading to Europe in search of greener pastures.
