Mohammed Kudus makes shortlist for CAF Team of the Year
Black Stars midfielder Mohammed Kudus has made the shortlist in the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Team of the Year for 2024.
The West Ham attacker had an impressive season with his club side, where he scored eight goals and provided six assists.
His goal against Freiburg in the UEFA Europa League was nominated for the prestigious 2024 Puskas Award and crowned West Ham’s Goal of the Season.
Kudus has also been influential for Ghana’s Black Stars despite results not going their way in recent times as they failed to qualify for the 2025 African Cup of Nations.
However, Kudus’ talent is certainly undeniable and continues to grow his reputation as one of the top footballers from Ghana.
