Ghana stocks move up on Ayrton Drugs, Stanchart Bank
The GSE All-Share Index rose marginally by 3.84 points to 5,633.62, up from 5,629.78 points on gains in Ayrton Drugs and Standard Chartered Bank.
The rise in the index brings the year to date gain to 1.10 per cent.
On the broader market, there were two gainers – Ayrton Drugs which gained GH¢0.01 at GH¢0.14 and SCB which went up by GH¢0.01 at GH¢30.70.
Traded volumes were up to 549,698 shares compared to 268,598 shares on Tuesday.
Market capitalisation closed the session up at GH¢15,992.41 from GH¢15,989.49.
