Mrs Asare said in the interim the students would use the assembly hall and erected canopies as classrooms.
She said lack of furniture was a constrained to the school authorities and therefore appealed to parents to provide the facility to their wards.
At the Our Lady of Mercy Senior High School (OLAMS), the construction of a classroom block was yet to start.
Mrs Roberta Appau, OLAMS Headmistress told the GNA that the 225 students admitted would be accommodated in the school’s assembly hall and under canopies.
