Bus driver in court for careless driving
The police on Friday placed Thomas Adjei, driver of a mini-bus, before a Kumasi Circuit Court for careless and inconsiderate driving.
Mr Adjei who pleaded guilty to the charge was granted a bail in the sum of GH¢600.00 and o reappear February 7.
Mr Justice Emmanuel Amo-Yartey directed the police to bring an additional charge of causing unlawful harm to passengers against him.
Police Chief Inspector Comfort Baffour-Kyei told the court that the accused run his vehicle into a mini-bus, which had stopped under the Mbrom traffic light system because the red light was on.
