Vodafone “020 Live Concert” slated for September 20

The second edition of Vodafone “020 Live Concert” is expected to rock Ghanaian music lovers with another level ecstasy at the Dome of the Accra International Conference Centre on September 20, 2011.

The event, launched on Tuesday noon at the Citizen Kofi’s Entertainment Centre, will feature great music stars such as VIP, D-Crime, Stay-J, R&M, Five Five and some of Africa’s finest musicians for the night.

Ms Uche Ofodile, Vodafone Ghana’s Chief Marketing Officer, said “this year’s event promises to be different and will bring out the biggest passion of Ghanaians, which is good music”.

She said it was fantastic last year but this year music fans would experience the real power in music as Vodafone partners with 4Syte TV to excite music fans and make the event grand.

Vodafone will soon announce to the public details of the ticket arrangements and also surprises for its loyal customers to secure free ticket to attend the show.

Last year’s event, which thrilled music lovers, saw some of Africa’s finest musicians poured out some of their most loved tunes to the delight of fans.

Popular artists that featured last year include DJ Black, Sarkodie, Ruff N Smooth, Richie, Eazzy, 4×4 and Tiffany. The Mo-Hits crew from Nigeria was also there.
