Vice President Mahama leaves for ECOWAS Summit

Vice President John Dramani Mahama has left Accra for Abuja, Nigeria, to represent President John Evans Atta Mills at an extraordinary summit of the Economic Community of West African Sates (ECOWAS).

A statement issued in Accra on Tuesday by Mr John Abdulai Jinapor, Spokesperson to the Vice President, said the day’s summit would be on the Rotation of Statutory Positions in ECOWAS States.

Vice President Mahama will return later today, Tuesday.
