Chief Operations Officer of Ghana Water Company eyes Bolgatanga NDC seat

Mr. Matthew Akayigre Adombire,  a Chief Operations Officer of the Ghana Water Company Limited, on Friday filed nomination form to contest the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary primary for the Bolgatanga Constituency.

Mr Adombire said he was motivated to contest the primary by request from some party supporters that he should assist in retaining the NDC seat.

He said: “That is why I have offered myself so that we can redeem and preserve the image and the status of the great NDC party by winning the parliamentary elections come 2012”,  and appealed to delegates to vote for him as NDC parliamentary.

Mr Adombire advised other aspirants and their supporters to avoid the use of vulgar utterances and acrimony in their electioneering.
