CAL Bank Ghana adds 300 million ordinary shares to listing

CAL Bank Ghana has added 300,000,000 ordinary shares to its number of issued shares listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE).

This was as a result of the issuance and allotment of shares to a number of investors under the bank’s recent private placement, said the GSE in a statement July 6, 2012.

The added shares brings the bank’s total number of issued shares to 548,261,549.

CAL Bank’s stated capital has also gone up from GH¢27,725,000 to GH¢102,725,000, the statement noted.
