Organised labour has called off its intended indefinite strike due to the exemption of pension funds from the Domestic Debt Exchange Programme.

The Trade Union Congress (TUC), has reiterated its intention to advice itself if government fails to announce within a week the exemption of pension funds from the Debt Exchange programme.

The Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH) has called on government to take steps to ensure that the NHIS funds are not touched or reduced by the debt restructuring programme.
